This ebook contains 12 weeks of body weight workouts designed to shred fat and toning up your entire body. The exercises are suitable for beginners, as well as advanced individuals. You do not need any equipment at all for this program.
For weeks 1-4, you will perform two 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest.
For weeks 5-8, you will perform three 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest.
For weeks 9-12, you will perform three 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest.
