This ebook contains 12 weeks of body weight workouts designed to shred fat and toning up your entire body. The exercises are suitable for beginners, as well as advanced individuals. You do not need any equipment at all for this program.

For weeks 1-4, you will perform two 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest.

For weeks 5-8, you will perform three 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest.

For weeks 9-12, you will perform three 20 minute workouts per week. Each exercise in the workout is performed for 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest.

    Just 5 weeks into the program and LOVING my results. I’ve never felt stronger than I do right now. I work full-time and worried about having enough time to fit a workout in but since this workout is only 20 mins, I ALWAYS have the time. Loving it !!

    Love this book! Its great if you feel like you need to squeeze in a quick workout. The workouts are easy to follow and effective. I was able to lean out in time for summer after finishing the book! Highly reccomend!

    This book has stopped me from making excuses for not going to the gym! For a lot of people (myself included), going to the gym can be a chore, especially when you have a job and after work you just want to go home. This book is packed with different effective and efficient workouts (NO EQUIPMENT!), so it’s really easy for me to sneak in a quick workout (or two) after work. Oh and did I mention there are video demos included for EVERY exercise?? Incredibly useful! I noticed my body was more toned after 4-5 weeks. I highly recommend!

    I’ve been doing this workout program for a couple weeks now, and these workouts are no joke! They may only be 20 minutes long, but you can tell you’re getting a great workout in! I can’t wait to see my progress in the next few weeks!

    If you are always busy with life this is a great workout plan to have. As a college student, I am always busy. I am able to squeeze in these workouts. Plus, I have seen great progress. I definitely recommend them.
