    Jacq’s book is awesome! Not only does this gal know what she’s talking about, she makes it so easy for you to understand. Her bright energy and enthusiasm is very encouraging. This book will make you feel a little more aware about your body and its relationship to food, and locked and loaded to start making healthy choices ❤ ❤

    I was never really interested in tracking my food so meticulously, but Jacfruits’ book engages you in a fun and easy way that it makes me become more aware of my food choices. She breaks it down very well and I thorougly enjoyed the book! It’s a definite read if you want to take advantage of your workouts!

    Let’s be real here-macros can be super confusing! Lucky for you if you get this guide it will make a whole lot more sense to you. I thought I had a pretty good understanding already but still found this guide super helpful!
