    I loved it, it was very helpful. I actually found out that it’s mostly stress that caused me to binge, so now I try to stress less and also the tip to care for yourself! I used to love painting my nails, but now don’t have much time. I decided to start doing it again because an hour I could have spend binging I spend on doing nail designs. I don’t binge everyday anymore and I feel way better – not so bloated anymore.

    It was a really good and informative read and I am grateful to have gained this insight! I was so relieved after reading it because I have been struggling with obsessing over if I am doing the right thing, and obsessing over every detail I read about what is good for you, what is bad for you. Now I can breathe and just take it one step at a time and know that the direction of healthy eating that I am going in is better than what I have put my body through before. Any progress is good progress and your book helped me to appreciate that. I am going to apply all of the self love exercises you listed. I know how important that is in this journey, and of course I have heard it before but it was never laid out for me the way you put it so eloquently. Your book was well written and easy to absorb. Again, thank you for sharing your story and journey in an effort to help other women like me!

    How to Overcome Binge Eating – ebook has really helped me during my journey to stress-free eating. I could very much relate to the writer’s own story about restricting calories, binging and orthorexia, and it made me feel better that somebody understands where my mind is at. I loved the applications and the tips on skin-care routines, good night’s sleep etc, and they really helped! I feel much more confident and for the first time it feels like I actually can overcome my issues and start to love my body exactly as it is, feeding it accordingly. Thank you Jacquelyn!
