    I received this book while I did one of Jacfruit’s 6 week challenges. I think it’s informative, to-the-point and a great supplement to those who are motivated to accomplish their body goals! I exercise a lot on a weekly basis, but that is completely different than actually training your body specifically (whether at the gym or at home). Weight training can be tricky and seem pointless sometimes, so it definitely helps to have a guide along the way. It’s a great start for beginners and an even better reminder for those who are already hitting the gym. :)

    Very informative. I bought Jacquelyn’s previous book and thought this was a great addition. If you are new to fitness or just want to learn the basics of training, this book gives you a lot of information. It helped me become more confident going to gym! Easy read. Worth it!

    I purchased Jacquelyn’s book because I was new to weight training and didn’t know where to start. This book covers the basics, which are suitable for beginners like me. It also includes other useful information (e.g. what to do when I hit a plateau), which makes me more comfortable and confident going to the gym alone. Highly recommend (especially if you have been thinking of starting weight training but feeling a bit overwhelmed)!

    I found this book very beneficial. It was a great companion to the workouts she provided through her 6 week challenge. It will definitely help you, no matter if you’re new to fitness and working out or want to take your workouts to the next level!
